My association with Apollo Clinic as a Consultant ways back to 2019. Since then there had been a progessive transformation. The reception desk & management staff are cordial , jovial & extremely competent. The clinic rooms are spacious with curtains for privacy. Imaging standards are quite good. Overall a comfortable place for me as well as my patients. 5/5 from my end

Very very unprofessional uneducated staff of this Apollo clinic sodepur yesterday I visit for USG nd TSH but it was so horrible experience with me I can't be able to share am patient and I waited USG for 2 hours in queue please before going on this place check review and take all the information and bebe there it's should be down 👎 or close

Receptionists and other staffs are good. System of Online delivery/ home delivery of reports should be introduced. Another thing is that ....doctors should not make their patients wait for long, they should be punctual.

Extremely pathetic clinic. No professionalism at all..They didn't even bother to contact back to send the report and when I called them they wouldn't answer. Finally when they did send the reports online they sent a picture of the report ...not even a pdf. Lazy and horrible staff...extremely unprofessional...

Worthless services. Arrogant behaviour from the receptionists. Timing sense of most of the doctors are horrible. Patients waiting longer hours beyond the doctor’s arrival time.

Female receptionists r very rude in behaviour. Dnt knw etiquettes. Make patients wait. Dnt talk with patients relative with respect or well.

Visited for diagnostic test. The staff behaviour is good . Very spacious and well maintained. You have to collect token after entering into the clinic.

The efficiency needs to be improved in billing counter and behaviour should be cordial. The turn around time in billing counter for billing, pathological test and collection of report is terribly high. Any given day it takes minimum 02 hours for small activity. This is like a govt hospital and against the goodwill of Apollo. Completely opposite of South India. No proper sanitization. In blood collection room everyone is sitting in the same chair without any sanitization. In front gate no one was there for checking temp and sanitize. Surprisingly the sanitizer has been kept in a collin bottle.
